Registration Guidelines

A confirmed registration by the organisers is required in order to participate at 3rd IWCB 2022: International Workshop on Carnot Batteries from September 27-27, 2022. Registration is possible only using this website and will close on September 15, 2022. Registration after this date will not be possible!

We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields during the registration process. After completing the registration, an electronic information of the registration will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user. The final confirmation of your participation and the invoice will be sent a few days later.

Participants have to confirm they will inform themselves about the pandemic regulations applying on the day of the workshop.

Payment Guidelines

The participation fee is for

participants: € 490,00 incl. VAT and includes:
students: € 90,00 incl. VAT and includes:
DLR/ KIT/ Uni Stuttgart-Member: € 400,00 incl. VAT and includes:

the workshop presentations, hot/cold drinks during the workshop sessions and breaks, lunch, the get together on the first evening, conference dinner on the second evening and the sightseeing tour on the last workshop day.

The following means of payment are available:

  • Credit card (MasterCard or VISA)
  • Bank Transfer

Participants are obliged to pay the participation fee within 14 days under quoting the invoice number. Amendments or cancellations regarding your participation must be sent via email to helpdesk[at] Cancellation requests should be sent first

  • Until August 31, 2022: 100% refund minus a 50,00 € administrative charge
  • From September 1, 2022: No refund

Terms and Conditions

By registration for 3rd IWCB 2022: International Workshop on Carnot Batteries from September 27-27, 2022 you agree to the terms and conditions of workshop participation. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
